Soccer tie decided
(N.Z.P. A. •Reuter—Copyright) LEICESTER. Arsenal ended five hours and a half of soccer with Leicester City when a late goal gave the London club a 1-0 victory after extra time in the English Cup fifth-round second replay yesterday. A fourth clash between the clubs looked likely until John Radford hammered home a rising shot with only six minutes of extra time remaining. The revised draw for the quarter-finals, to be played on March 8, is: Arsenal v. West Ham, Birmingham v. Middlesborough, Carlisle v. Fulham, Ipswich v. Leeds. In an English League, division four match, Reading and Hartlepool drew 0-0.
