APPROACH TO MINISTER
Mr C. C. A. McLachlan, the; member of Parliament for! Rakaia, will meet the Minister [Of Internal Affairs (Mr May) this I week to discuss the question of i the centralisation of the Hororata Trotting Club. The Hororata club has been advised that the New Zealand Racing Authority has recommended that no further totalisator licences be granted for racing on the Hororata course after the end of the current season on July 31 next.
