Mr C. H. Terry, who has been appointed an assistant secretary to the Treasury to replace Mr W. A. E. Green. Mr Green has been appointed to the board of directors of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank). Mr Terry was born in Hamilton. He joined the Treasury in 1952 after previous service in the Public Trust Office and the Department of Industries and Commerce. He was secretary to the Minister of Finance from 1958 to 1961.
