Golfers for Hobart
Two promising Canterbury junior golfers, Simon Robinson (Christchurch) and Murray Brown (Waitlkiri), have been selected j in the New Zealand under 21 team to play in the Australian inter-state tournament in Hobart , next month. Robinson has led the Canterbury under 21 side ! to victory in the South Island championship for the last two years, and Brown has also been a member of both successful teams. The national team in playing order is: Stuart Reese (Waikato, captain), | Ron Johnson (Otago), Sloan Morpeth (Mana-watu-Wanganui), Robinson, Norm Davies (Northland), John Griffin (Otago), ! Mike Barltrop (ManawatuWanganui), Brown.
