The successful applicant will be 25-40 years of age. have sufficient strong character, drive and personality to gain acceptance to the function, and above all, be able to introduce new ideas for the further development of the division. Remuneration, commensurate with experience and qualifications, will be in the form of an hourly rate to start, but subsequently will become either weekly or monthly salaried.
