CHRISTCHURCH. __ 2293 BY-LAW No. 2—TRADE WASTES In pursuance of powers vested In it by Section 26L ot the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967 and amendments and the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951. the Christchurch Drainage Board has amended the basis of charges payable by the occupiers of trade premises in respect of the treatment, receiving and disposal of trade wastes as provided for in Christchurch Drainage Board By-law No. 2—Trade Wastes. The amendmnet has been approved by the Minister of Works. The amendment will take effect as from April 1, 1975.
