Classe are held between 5 and 6 p.m. each evening and Saturday mornings between 9 a.m. and 12 noon. : YOGA: ’ Evening ciasse are full but still a little room left in Thursday lunchtime class. 12 ! noon-1 p.m. and in the Tues- • dav morning class 10 a.m.-12 ■ noon. DADS AND LADS: Boys 7-11 years and their Dads, Saturday 8.30 a.m -10 a.m. A great fun time with father and s«n working together on the gymnasium floor and then sharing and plavtag games together afterwards. JUNIOR AND INTERMEDIATE WEIGHT-LIFTING: Jnniors 11-13 years, Saturday. 9 a.m.-10 a.m.; Intermediate 14-15 years. Saturday. 10-11 a.m. -A growing snort and very good for fitness.
