ty.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Feb 21. The British Opposition Conservative Party has formally installed Mrs Margaret Thatcher as their first female leader. She gave a pledge to block “the path to a Socialist State.” The installation ceremony set the seal on Mrs Thatcher’s victory last week over four male rivals in a parliamentary election to choose a new party head. Mrs Thatcher said: “the next election could be cru-I vial, if the Socialists are' successful we shall be set! irretrievably on the path to' a Socialist State.”
