Accounts overdue
Bob Jane Corporation, Ltd, Henry Jones IXL, Ltd, and the Ballarat Woollen and Worsted Company, Ltd. have not yet issued their annual reports and audited accounts and are in breach of listing requirements, the Melbourne Stock Exchange says. “An extension of time has been granted to all the above companies in which to lodge their accounts,” the Exchange said.
