Whitlam blames S. Vietnam
(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) CANBERRA, February 18. The Australian Prime Minister (Mr Whitlam) told Parliament today that the Government of South Vietnam had not played its part in keeping to the Paris peace agreements.
He was replying to a Liberal member who had asked whv the Prime Minister had said recently that he hoped to see the South Vietnamese Government ousted within two years, and why he had said this when he had agreed to the Paris accords. “The South has failed conspicuously to keep to the terms of the agreements, and 1 have told them so,” Mr Whitlam said.
