Injured pair spend 30 hours in wreck

DUNEDIN. February’ 3. Two Balclutha youths lay seriously injured beside their dead companion for about 30 hours after their car crashed through a bridge on the Clydevale to Balclutha road early yesterday morning.
A search by police, friends, | and relatives of the boys I yesterdav morning tailed to find any trace of the boys, who were overdue from a trip from Clydevale. The dead youth was Renaldus Hubbitus Bouman. aged 18, of Hospital Road. Balclutha. According to Balclutha 5 police, the car in which the boys were travelling plunged off the road near a bridge on the Clydevale road and youths were trapped for some into the water. Both the injured youths : were admitted to Balclutha Hospital but. according to the police, Perrin is to be transferred to Dunedin Hospital.
