Meeting sought with Minister
I (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Jan. 12. The New Zealand University Students’ Association will seek an urgent meeting with the Minister of Education (Mr Amos) the association said today. The association sought an immediate increase in the value of university bursaries land for the speedy introduction of the standard tertiary bursary promised by the Labour Party in the 1972 election manifesto.
