LEADERS OF RALLY
i (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) NOUMEA (New Caledonia). J. Ragnotti, of France, with a local navigator, R. Weber, were leading the 3000 km New Caledonia Safari motor rally in their B.M.W. heading into the last stage. Six minutes behind them were two New Caledonians— G. Boissery and P. Kock, in a Volkswagen. Only six of the original 27 rally starters remained—two of them French teams and the others New Caledonians. The last Australians and New Zealanders dropped out last night.
