End of school year
Sir, —I am one of the many high school students who is affected by the uncertainty over the closing date for schools because of my holiday employment. Since many schools have not specified whether they will close on November 29 or December 6, definite dates for commencement of holiday employment are not available yet. Is this division over ending school a week earlier or later so important? Couldn’t a common date for all schools be worked out for the sake of convenience?—Yours etc., PAUL K.
