fN.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. The group net profit of Landel Corporation of New Zealand, Ltd, Wellington, land developer, for the year to June 30 was $8064. This compares with a net loss of $3786 for the period April 10, 1972, to June 3, 1973. The directors have recommended that no dividend be paid for the year to June 30, 1974. The company, formed in 1970, has not yet returned a dividend payment to its shareholders.
The directors accepted the resignation of Mr M. Barrett as a director of the company, effective from October 7.
