Arctic Rest sold to Aust.
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Mr G. Tucker, of the Southern Cross International Bloodstock Company, Ltd, Wellington, has negotiated the sale of five horses to Mr A. Mutch, of Sydney, for a sum in excess of $60,000. Heading the list is the promising three-year-old colt Arctic Rest (Arctic Explorer—Relaxation), which finished a creditable sixth in the Welington Guneas. The other four horses in the deal are an unraced two-year-old colt by Pakistan II from Teresina, a two-year-old colt Goforit, by Buearoon from French Rule, an unraced three-year-old, Indian Red (by Indian Order) and a three-year-old filly, Finnuala, by Hermes or Forearmed from Sliver Quest, the dam of the winners, Tasman Sea and Prince Hagen.
