RECOVERING
The Canterbury billiards champion, E. Simons, who was seriously injured in a motor accident near Invercargill five weeks ago, is now back in Christchurch and he has been discharged from hospital. He is staying with his son, Mr W. Simorus.
Two people, including Mr Simons’s wife, were killed in ithe accident, and Mr I Simons’s condition was critical for a number of days. However, he is now making Igood progress.
