Mullaney’s first impression of the course in the Dominican Republic where the New Zealand women goiters will contest the Espiiitos Santos tournament later this month However, Mrs Mullaney has had only a few pictures to form iher impressions of the course, 'she was called in to manage the New Zealand team only after the original non-playing captain, Mis E. M. Nutt, of Christchurch, had to withdraw because of illness The Palmerston North official, with her three players. Miss F Pere < Gisborne I, Mrs S. Bishop and Miss S. Boag 'Christchurch left last evening for the tournament. They will have four full prac tice days before the tournament starts on October 22 Th* tournament will be decided on medal scores, the two best out of three cards counting for each team over the four days
