(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) TOKYO. Maria Bueno, of Brazil, made a brilliant come-back to beat the No. 1 seed. Katja Ebbinghaus, of West Germany, 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 and win the women’s single title of the SIOO,OOO Japan Open tennis championships.

It was the first victory for the 35-year-old player from Sao Paulo who made a comeback this year after an absence of five years. Miss Bueno, seeded No. 3, won $6OOO.
