(XJ Press Assn—Copyright) RAWLINS (Wyoming). August 12. Officials at the Wyoming State prison are preparing two ceils on death row for a pair of inmates who were sentenced on Saturday to be executed. The preparations include a fre h supply of cyanide pellets. The convicted murderers. Billy Cloman, aged 19, and Julian Turner, aged 25, both of Portland. Oregon, will be transferred from the Laramie County gaol to the special cell block above the prison hospital at the end of the week. Cloman and Turner were convicted on Saturday of murdering Lloyd Witt, aged 57. and Ray Davis, aged 64. after the older men agreed to give them a ride on a snowy winter night. The bodies were found bearing the marks of a dozen stab wounds. They were the third and fourth persons to be charged and convicted under a 1973 Wyoming law that makes the death penalty automatic if committed in the course of a kidnapping.
