Clash of interests
The Canterbury indoor bowls team to play a Williamson Cup match against North Otago at Oamaru on August 10 was chosen at the week-end. But once again It has put the team for the South Island final of the Rothmans competition in doubt, as It will be played on the same day. Last year, Mrs P. Kennedy withdrew from the Rothmans zone game, and her team went down in the round. This year. Mrs M. Berkeley and Mrs M. Watson are Included The other members of the side are M L. Davis, R. G.
