(H.Z. Press Association) HONG KONG. China has criticised the International Amateur Athletic Federation for banning Pakistani athletes from international competition for three months because Chinese athletes had been permitted to take part in an international meeting in Pakistan last month. The Chinese Athletic Association called it an “entirely unjustifiable and wanton interference in the internal affairs of Pakistan and China.” China is not a member of the 1.A.A.F., which forbids its members to take part in any competition with nonmembers.
