(N.Z. Press Association)
WELLINGTON, May 19.
About 120 people were stranded in Wellington tonight after their connecting flight to Brisbane was diverted to Auckland because of bad weather.
Low fog moved in on Wellington Airport early this afternoon and although inter-; nal flights were not affected, i the Brisbane-Wellington I flight, with about 120 on! board, was forced to land at Auckland. Thus 240 Air New Zealand passengers were held up — 120 at Wellington and 120 at Auckland. The diverted aircraft is expected to complete its journey to Wellington tomorrow morning.
