PROPERTY SALES
A two-bedroom ownership flat at 65 St James Avenue, Papanui, was passed in at auction yesterday at $21,750. Negotiations are proceeding for the property, which has a Government valuation (1969) of $B2OO. The auctioneer was Mr W. W. Anderson, of George Anderson and Son, Ltd. A property of three roods 25 perches at 315 New Brighton Road, Burwood, was passed in at $22,000. Part of the property was valued in 1969 and part in 1974. It has a total Government valuation of $9700. The auctioneer was Mr R. D. Brown, of Livingstone’s Real Estate.
