CHARGE OF MURDER
(N.Z Press Association) DUNEDIN, April 29. Lindsay Edward Jury, aged 41, a milk vendor, who was charged with the murder of Nita Lillian Jury on April 26, appeared again in the Dunedin Magistrate’s Court today before Mr J. D. Murray, S.M. He had previously appeared on Saturday morning before Justices of the Peace.
Jury was represented by Mr R. V. Duell.
For the police, Detective Senior-Sergeant K. G. Schwass requested a remand until Monday, May 13.
