Boxing.—The Australia welterweight champion, Rocky Mattioli, easily outpointed the Mexican, Jose Luis Baltazar, over 10 rounds at Melbourne.
Soccer,—Exeter City, which defied the English Football League with a refusal to play a fourth division fixture at Scunthorpe on April 2 has been fined £5OOO.
