Biscuit roll

This uncooked biscuit roll is rich in dried fruit and 1 marshmallows and is sliced; like cake. You will need: 2 or slightly more than 2 [ cups crushed malt bis- [ cuits
1 cup finely chopped mixed ; dried fruits Chopped preserved ginger Chopped nuts (to taste) 30 marshmallows (large plain ones) chopped 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
Dessicated coconut Method: Combine all ingredients except coconut and blend very well to form a consistency that is firm enough to form 2 rolls. Roll in coconut which can be coloured or left white then wrap in foil or greaseproof paper, and leave in refrigerator. Cut in slices to serve. i
