Mr Gleeson as coach
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. The national selector, Mr J. Gleeson, yesterday was (appointed assistant manager; (and coach of the Junior Alb Black team to play Japan at Auckland on May 19. The New Zealand Rugby Union council appointed Mr Gleeson ahead of another national selector, Mr E. A. Watson, who was a highly successful coach of the juniors in 1972-73. Mr J. P. I Wild will be the manager. Soccer.— lran beat South Korea, 3-0, in a semi-final at the sixteenth Aslan youth football tourjnament in Hong Kong.
