Terrorist alert in Japan

The police are watching some large Japanese ports after unconfirmed informallion that Palestinian frogmen have sneaked into Japan, the National Police I Agency has stated. The national daily newspaper, “Yomiuri Shimbun,” reported on Wednesday that the Popular Front for Liberation of Palestine had smuggled two frogmen into Japan to try to blow up an Israeli ship or ships, anchored at the ports of Yokohama, and Kobe. One of the two frogmen was believed to be a Japanese, and the two were among 12 which the P.F.L.P. had sent to Europe and Asia, the report said.
