(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) TEHERAN, April 19. Iraqi planes have destroyed 11 Kurdish villages in Northern Iraq, but the rebellious Kurds killed 20 Iraqi soldiers, including a general, the rebel radio reported yesterday.
