Diversion to Venice
■ The Belgian artist. Frans Minnaert, who was to have jcome to Auckland this week I for the festival cannot- now I visit New Zealand. He has been chosen by his Government to represent Belgium at the 1974 Venice Biennale. Minnaert’s paintings will still be exhibited in Auckland. .
