The recommendation of the directors of Barraud and Ab raham, Ltd, in respect of the take-over offer of Dominior Breweries will not be made or sent to Barraud and Abra ham shareholders before February 18.
The directors of Barraud and Abraham advise their shareholders not to dispose of their shares until they receive this recommendation.
