Amputation order
■ (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) TUNIS, Feb. 5. Two Tunisians have been sentenced to have their right hands amputated for theft by a Libyan court, the press agency, T.A.P., reports. It says that the Tripoli Criminal Tribunal also sentenced one of the men to one year in prison, and fined him 200 dinars (about $45) for illegally crossing the Tuni-sian-Libyan frontier. The two Tunisians have lodged an appeal with the Tripoli Supreme Court.
