The favourite, Noodlum, crashing to the track when leading in the Forbury Juvenile Stakes last week at Forbury Park. The winner, Eau Sauvage. is being pulled round the falling horse and is being followed by Golden Nurse. F. L. Holmes, the driver of Noodlum, was catapulted over the back of Noodlum. and was lucky to escape serious injury.
