Ash pollution clears

I Taumarunui’s water supply was back to normal this morning, after having been 7 shut off for a few hours last might because of ash pollution of the Wanganui River. A shower at Tongariro National Park early yesterday morning washed volcanic ash from the recent iNgatiruhoe eruptions into I the river.
