Meat price regulations
'.V.Z. Pft-.sx Association > WELLINGTON, Feb. 4. New regulations covering price markings for meat and fish came into force today. They apply to all meat and offal, but not to bacon, ham land some other categories, land to all fish except canned lor cooked fish, other than 'crayfish. I Under the regulations retailers must, display in the shop window and in the shop a list showing the price per lb. per 100 grams or per kilogram: or the price per unit. I The price per 100 grams must be exactly one-tenth of the price per kilogram. It may not be “rounded off.” Each joint or cut must also carry a price.
