Ltd., located near Invercargill (a fast developing city with modest housing costs) requires two Executives: SYSTEMS ACCOUNTANT (Position No. W5.1346) DUTIES: To examine the Company's present clerical systems and recommend improvements to achieve standardisation and simplification; to draft accounting procedures that will record operating practices and policies; to prepare and recommend applications for E.D.P., and to relieve as necessary in any of the more senior accounting roles. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably under 30 years of age, with appropriate formal qualifications and previous practical accounting experience. Also a COST ACCOUNTANT (Position No. W5.1347) DUTIES: Responsible for monthly costing and detailed reporting; preparation of E.D.P. input data; involvement in annual budget preparation; to assist in solving costing problems; to investigate and recommend improvements to current systems. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably under 24 years of age; previous experience is not essential as full training will be given.
