DETECTIVE ARRIVES
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, January 30. A Scotland Yard detective will arrive in Auckland next Monday to give evidence in the case against the Northland Harbour Board, its chairman, Mr R. K. Trimmer, and two of its officers. He is Detective Inspector G. Walker, who will spend a week in Whangarei with detectives before the case opens on February 11. The Whangarei police said today that it was intended to call more than 30 witnesses in the case. The hearing was expected to last at least a week.
