SCOREBOARD FAULT
A faulty transistor put the electronic scoreboard at Queen Elizabeth II Park out of action at the end of yesterday’s Games track and field session.
The fault was repaired in time to show the final re-
sults of the road walk at 8 p.m. and no more problems were expected, said the Games information officer (Mr L. W. Patterson).
