Dining on board
The Auckland middle distance runner, Dick Quax. who was dismissed from the New Zealand team on Monday, had been invited to dine aboard the Royal Yacht Britannia with the Queen on Saturday night, said the chairman of the Games Organising Committee (Mr R. S. Scott) at a press conference yesterday. Mr Scott said that he would also be present.
