Sir, —I am appalled by and concerned at the lack of consideration and manners shown by some men who travel on the buses. This morning, in the course of my journey .from Merivale to the Cathedral Square, there were four women standing while several men, one of them a returned serviceman, remained seated and completely unconcerned about the situation. This mav be the age of women’s liberation, but surely a few of the common decencies remain.—Yours, etc.
