SEXTUPLETS DOING WELL

Z PA.-Reuter —Copyright!

CAPE TOWN, January 15. The Rosenkowitz sextuplets, five days old today, are lustily yelling for more food. Doctors looking after the three boys and three girls born to Mrs Sue Rosenkowitz, aged 25, last Friday say that the babies' feed of water and evaporated milk has been increased, and that they are overcoming an attack of jaundice.

Asked what might be the next problem in the lives of the sextuplets, which are believed to be the only set to have survived for more than a few hours, a hospital spokesman replied: “Nappies. The average baby may use up to 10 nappies a day, which makes at least 420 a week for the sextuplets. But you have to budget for at least 500, because babies. don’t I know about averages.”
