Party for cyclists
A cocktail party for officials and competitors in the Commonwealth Games cycling events has been arranged by the Paparua County Council for next Tuesday evening. It is expected that up to 200 competitors and officials from the 19 cycling teams will be present, and among the Games officials invited is the chairman of the organising committee (Mr R. S. Scott). The function will be held at the Hornby Licensing Trust’s hotel.
