\\ Dr A. Wilkinson, medical 3 i superintendent of Queen r Mary' Hospital, Hanmer, for 1 23 years front 1941 to 1965, ■ died in Christchurch on Sun1 day. ’ i Dr Wilkinson was educated 5 1 at Marlborough College, and Nhe took his medical degrees ‘ at Otago University. He was house surgeon in t Christchurch Hospital, and ■ then was appointed superin- ‘ tendent at Greymouth Hos- ? pital. From 1929 to 19,36, he ■ worked at Brunner. t After a short time as assist- - ant superintendent at t Hawera Hospital and at the Northern Wairoa Hospital, 3 Dargaville, he was appointed 3 medical superintendent at r Queen Mary Hospital, Han- ) mer. He resigned when he 1 became ill. 5 He is survived by his wife and son.
