The C. and A. Odlin Timber and Hardware Company, Ltd, has purchased for cash ■ the remaining 40 per cent : interest in B.M.A. Invest- ■ ments, Ltd, land developers of Auckland. A 60 per ' cent interest in the company was acquired in 1969.
