M.I.M. output rose
M.I.M. Holdings. Ltd, had record production figures in its half-year to January 6. The six months total for iblister copper was 76,690 tonnes — up 16.4 per cent on the previous peak figure in the first half of 1971-72. Last year blister copper output slipped to 62,930 tonnes. Output of zinc concentrate rose 10.0 per cent to 111,068 tonnes.
Crude lead production was 71,060 tonnes, an increase on the previous output, but it does not approach the peak! 82,052 tonnes produced in the: first half of 1971.
