GV.Z. Press Association) GISBORNE. ■ Horses rubbing against a power pole stay wire caused a black-out to parts of Gisborne last night. Power was I off for two hours in one suburb, and up to half an • hour in others. The rubbing on the stay I wire in a paddock set up a I vibration in the pole that ■created the same effect on I lines as a high wind, and i caused them to wrap.
