Vegetarian conference
About 50 members attended the annual conference of the Vegetarian Society at Lincoln College yesterday. The conference was addressed by its founder, Mr G. Hodson, aged 85, who is a former president of the society. The theme of the conference was “Vegetarian'■m T vita * diet for vital
The society was formed during World War If, and its newsletter has a circulation of more than 500. A fund to finance advertising will be formed to publicise vegetarianism, and car stickers with the words: “If you love animals then don’t eat them.” will be distributed.
