Guilty plea to assault

WELLINGTON. Dec. 19
Michael Tony Murray, aged 26, a factory worker, appeared in the Wellington Magistrate’s Court today in connection with an incident in the “Evening Post” building on November 30. Murray pleaded guilty to a charge of assaulting Allan !Ray Green and Donald Simon [Dalgleish with intent to facilitate the crime of murder. I He also pleaded guilty to assaulting Constable J. D Farrow, and other policemen with intent to obstruct them in the execution of their duty. ! Mr G. P. Monaghan, S.M., remanded Murray in custody until January 16 for further psychiatric Examination, with 'particular relevance as to his [possible state of mind at the 'time of the alleged offence.
