EARLY REP FIXTURE
The representative Rugby league programme in Canterbury next season will probably open with a fixture against New Zealand Marist at the Show Grounds on Easter Sunday. The national Marist XIII Will be chosen from the Marist clubs throughout the country, and will have first call on Christchurch MaristWestern Suburbs players. The Canterbury Rugby League has tentatively agreed to the match taking place.
